Monday 26th May

Got into our groups mine was RALEIGH, instructor: Eugene . Planned and organised our group stall, adminstrative stuff. Group Ics(: Learnt kayaking skills eg, basic paddling, capsizing situations. Okay i was scared of capsizing but after capsizing more than 3 times im starting to enjoy it, LOL. Girls cook Guys pitch. Didn't really sleep.

Tuesday 27th May

Sea Expedition: We have to find our own camp site on our own with a map and compass with our own navigators, instructors are only allowed to guide us not show us the way.

Sea Expedition started at about 1pm, we sat in tri yaks[ 1 girl 2 guys] my kayak was the navigation kayak means we need to be right in the front= paddling hard. Ah my teammates are nice people they say i can rest if im tired:D Ate my strawberry bun while kayaking.

Kayak-ed through a mangrove swamp[ heavy rain, freezing cold], carried our kayaks across the road, mudbank[my kayak capsized] the instructors are such excellent actors and actress they told us we had to put mud onto our face as it is a spritual thing.

Reached the campsite at about 5-6 plus, by the time our bags reached it was already nightfall. Guys pitched the tent in the dark, Girls cook in the dark with ants biting us. Powder bathed, Guys did sentry duties. Worst night experience in my entire life.

Wednesday 28th May

Land Expedition: We have to find another campsite on our own again just like the Sea Xped. Friendly compeition among 3 watches. From 8-9plus to 1plus.

Carried our super uber heavy backpacks and trekked through forests, uneven paths, slippery paths. We chose the wrong route and had to walk back to and fro. But after going through such ordeal, we reached a newer and resort like campsite, pitched tents and cooked near the beaches. Shiok!
Had friendly rock climbing competition with Shackleton, i belayed 2 guys twice non-stop it was effing tiring. Strong eh?
Rashes started appearing at my leg effing gross, sadly there's no cream at the medical centre,, only relief is pricky heat powder, our bestfriend for 5days=.=

Thursday 29th May

7 watches played a game to warm ourselves up, sadly our grp lost and we had to do a stupid cockroach thingy, to make things worse Eugene still had to use the mike and said to me," Elaine, even though i know you hate roaches you still have to do it infront of 7 watches" [ my face gone]

Had a YJ challenge: all 7 watches have to come tgt to play games to get money to buy items to build a cataplut. We have to build 7 Catapluts in total. Almost all of us were half dead when it ended.

Got 3rd for Cheering competion

Trekked back to our original Campsite, did the same usual routine. Had cooking competition among 3 watches, everyone was involved, it was uber fun everyone was happily laughing. RALEIGH won Best Presentation Award weee~

Concidentally all those in fencing wore the cca shirt tgt:D Im serious concidentally.

Friday 30th May

Did a YJ cheer and some dumb puzzle challenge. Cleared and counted our stall items. I realised sleeping in the sun felt pretty good. Did a last sharing session , got our certs and photos. Bought an OBS shirt shld have bought 1 more. Left the ubin around 1, when i first reached the shore i immediately bought a coke and it was ulitmate shiokness! waited for an hour for baboon and friends to go eat at Sakae, their boat was the last. Exchanged jackets with baboon for fun.



























Overall:

Ahh i love my watch we're one of the noisest and enthu bunch around*grins* Our motto: Motivation[ Pronounce it in a strong indian accent with a stress at Motiva] Great instructor. Awesome camp it stones! I`m missing it already. YJ's spirit is not as strong as PL's, boo. Im being and disturbed for 4 days non stop by my watch, embarrasing la. All your faulttt hahaha.

We can just eat food str from packets and cans eg, milo and ovaltine[ ate while trekking], susages w/o cooking it, we only do this if we're uber hungry and no time. Sit anywhere on the ground not caring if it's dirty or stuff.

Souvenirs i got from the camp: Rashes on my legs , > 15 mozzie bites[ fishball itchy] , blister on my last toe, right hand[from all the belaying]and back ache from hard ground.

Okay what i've been up to on Friday. I shall try what i rmb since im multi-tasking with currently 5 convo, blogging, friendster -ing and talking on the phone. Super Elaine!

Went to macs to eat before the GP at 12pm. I just pray that i`ll be able to pass. Went for investiture with pat and vikie, pat showed side effects of missing PL while watching. Haha after some talking, we rather be in a misson school/christian school. The bond and everything is much better and closer.

OBS is just one day away. Oh mannn but im looking forward to it:D My lower arm all the way to my hand better heal by monday. Went to beach road and suntec to find my camp stuff. Saw gordon, manfred and their gang, haa. Im supposed to be writing more stuff now but i can't multi task cos the slacker is bugging me. Just ended a uber deep convo with baboon , made me though of some stuff again. I shall edit tmr if i can think of more stuff. Im only left with less than 70sms to last me til the end of the month , thank god for obs so no hp for 4days!

My EX Ec was NEARLY in the same grp as me for obs. Ahh so close yet so far:(
I think i sprained my lower arm/hand muscles slightly , now i can't turn it to a certain angle and it feels weaker, used my lefty to eat. Sheesh it better heal by Monday.

My dear ting hui is in cambodia now:( she sent me a msg that made me cry la at 3.16am and i woke up like a minute before she sent it. Wow telepathy eh. Okay noob it's time for you to marry DD. HAHAAA. I lost my 2 day old pen !~@!#!@#. While i am stuck with all these hw, my father went yachting to Bintan for 3 days with his friends, i wanna tag along.

Ex- PL-lites info for you.
PL musical is back:D after 4 years. It's being held from the 15th to 17th July, tickets are price at $10, $15 and $25 at our school's concert hall. I`m not certain about the details but is roughly the same but this is what i heard from sheila.
When i was sec one tickets are priced at $30bucks la, now so much cheaper. And the last order of tickets is on the 20th of MAY. It's so freaking early! How am i going to purchase it?

I have nothing to say about the Jogathon on the 14th except to me it was the lamest and stupidest kind i ever been to, seriously. Went out with these guys above for dinner at Swensens.

Currently i`m half dead. Half sleeping during the super uber long long assembly, played V3 Ralley. Coach came today for fencing, pat and i just felt like running but he didn't want us to, it's like i finally feel like running which is a rare thing. Fencing against Pat is a scary thing, she wacks real hard, got wacked by the coach[ my bad since i forgot to peri[?] which means block the attack] Played badminton((:

I should have asked Pat to take a picture of me carrying my shoebag, big ring file, mask and blade with 2 hands and showed Mr. Hafiz proving that i got no hands and he doesn't want to keep the file in the staff room! Dinner at BK with the same kakis. Baboon helped me to bring home my mask since i got no more hands, thanks!

Moving on to tuesday! Sang " he's able he's able i know he's able i know my lord jesus is able to carry me through" with vikie on the way to school. Been like singing Primary sch christian songs with Pat. Okay it's a sucky day,sucks it sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks. Pat went off to redo one station trying to get her gold im uber contented with my silver, so i just went ' shade tanning' at the BasketBall court ah the feeling is like so shiok just lying down there enjoying the wind. PW oh man i don't even want to talk about it.



Kenrick the Baboon's blade broke congrats to him when it's only about 1 -2 weeks old. He says everyday i look like im dying any moment haha do i? No what. I have Bio from 3.10 to around 6pm i think on thursday oh man:(When i hear the song playing i shall go to the parade square to support ting hui, i shall just tell the teacher i need go to the toliet haha.




























Ting Hui don't forget our lunch ' date' tmr at 12.45pm okay! And we shall walk tgt for jogathon though you're in the competition you slacker! Haha you always never fail to make me laugh and happy! SEE YOU TMR! I have yet to study for dumb Old' Chinese.

I improved on my standing broad jump i hit 174:D:D:D but the teacher was not there to see so it's not counted ah dam it nvm my previous record is good enough for me.

Something very ' exciting' happened today on the way home, 854 broke down after one bus stop we boarded the bus, got a complimentary ticket(: The bus engine stinks big time. Poof smelly welly. Im craving for starbursts, ting hui don't buy give me if not be prepared to run 2.4km with me. HA! Tmr is going to be a uber slack lesson for chinese.

I FOUND MY MUJI PEN CAP THANKS TO PATRICIA.[ this was the colour of my pen so nice eh] Okay fencing was kinda slack as usual for me cos i keep slacking we are supposed to run 3 rounds i WALKED 1 round, then i just lie on the ground with Char Char and stared at the sky, it's so pretty and clear. I didn't do anything for fencing except slack, im feeling so lazy. Hees. Oh i was lying beside the blue pole thingy where pat was fencing then her blade accidentally smack the side of my head=.=. Ouch man. I forgive her since she needs to let off some steam HAHA.



















I must be a good girl and finish my Hw this weekend cos the cycle is undone homework to be chionged on Monday and it gets drag and drag. Yjc band concert tmr, i like the uniform it looks so nice on the guys. HAHA. They look so smart in it.
